Racing Weekend at Grandview Speedway
Grandview Speedway is gearing up for two thrilling days of racing this weekend, featuring double the excitement with TWIN 25-lap T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Modified races on Saturday night as part of a NASCAR Local Racing Series Powered by O’Reilly Auto Parts program.
The T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment NASCAR Modifieds will compete in TWIN 25-lap features along with the usual qualifying events. There will also be a complete show for the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Sportsman that includes qualifying rounds and a 25-lap main event, creating three 25-lap feature races in one night!
Both 25-lap features for the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Modifieds will award $2,000 to the winner, plus an additional $300 bonus from T.P. Trailers and Truck Equipment, totaling a $2,300 prize for each feature victor.
There’s even more at stake! If a single driver wins both TWIN 25s, they’ll earn an extra $1,000 bonus, making the total potential winnings a remarkable $5,600 for sweeping the twin feature program!
This Saturday’s event will celebrate Checkered Flag Fan Club night, with pit gates opening at 3 pm and grandstand gates at 4 pm. Warm-ups will begin at 5 pm, and the first race will kick off at 6 pm. Admission is $25 for adults, $10 for students aged 10-15 with ID, and free for children under 9. Pit admission is $35 for NASCAR members and $45 for non-members.
This marks the second consecutive season for a scheduled Saturday night double-feature racing event, following last season where Brett Kressley and Chris Esposito claimed the feature wins. Prior to these recent events, double-feature racing hadn’t occurred since 2014.
Historically, Grandview has hosted Twin 35-lap features and other double-feature formats over the years, further enhancing its dynamic racing legacy. Additionally, Saturday’s program will be recorded and produced by ATVN-TV, with heat races airing the following Tuesday and features the following Friday.
