Atlas Polar Company Ltd. Expands with New Facility

New Office Location

On May 27, 2025, ML-Truck Equipment Ltd., a branch of the Atlas Polar family, celebrated the opening of its state-of-the-art 18,000-square-foot Head Office at 30189 Old Yale Road in Abbotsford, B.C. This facility caters to those seeking sales, service, and parts for Canada’s most sought-after truck-mounted equipment brands including HIAB cranes, Moffett forklifts, and Multilift hooklifts.

Enhanced Customer Service

The transition to this new, custom-built space is designed to elevate customer service. Conveniently located just off Highway #1, the new office boasts a large inventory of ready-to-work truck packages from HIAB, Moffett, and Multilift, as well as LogLift forestry cranes and sizable Effer cranes. An expanded parts department will ensure a steady supply of original parts along with six spacious service bays to accommodate various truck crane sizes.

Ongoing Support Across the Province

ML-Truck Equipment will maintain its service for truck-mounted equipment throughout the province, backed by trusted heavy equipment service providers MasonLift Ltd. and Ayers Repairs Ltd. Technicians are factory-trained and certified, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest features and innovations of the brands.

Meeting Customer Needs

“The remarkable success of ML-Truck Equipment justifies our new facility, benefiting our customers in B.C.,” stated Steve Parr, Product Manager for Atlas Polar Company Ltd. “The diverse needs of the B.C. market require a wide range of work-ready truck packages, cranes, forklifts, hooklifts, and specialized equipment for forestry, rail, and marine applications. We’re here to meet those demands.”

Increasing Demand for Equipment

The demand for safe, reliable, and high-performance truck-mounted equipment has surged in recent years, particularly as economic challenges have intensified. HIAB, Moffett, and Multilift not only stand as leaders in the Canadian truck-mounted equipment sector but also set the Canadian Industry Standard (CIS) and maintain the highest resale values in the field.
