Grandview Speedway Set for Two Days of Action This Weekend
After a thrilling and successful season opener last Saturday evening, Grandview Speedway is gearing up for another exciting weekend of racing this Friday and Saturday.
Friday, April 25 Events
The weekend kicks off on Friday, April 25, at 7 pm, featuring the Outlaw Racing Series Enduro and Vintage Cars, along with the Slingshots. Pit gates will open at 2 pm, while the grandstand gates will be accessible from 6 pm. Grandstand admission is priced at $10, and children aged 12 and under can enter for free. Pit admission for the Friday event is set at $30.
Saturday, April 26 Highlights
On Saturday, April 26, the spotlight will be on a double-header featuring the T.P. Trailer Modifieds and the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman. This includes qualifying races leading up to the upcoming 30-lap T.P. Trailer Modified race and the 25-lap T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman feature event.
Trivia Night and Ticket Information
Additionally, Saturday’s program will introduce the first trivia night for fans, where attendees can answer questions related to Grandview Speedway racing for the chance to win exciting prizes, including race tickets for future events and gift cards. The pit gates will open at 3 pm, grandstand gates at 4 pm, warmups at 5 pm, and racing will kick off at 6 pm. Adult admission for the grandstand is $20, students aged 10-15 with ID pay $10, while those aged 9 and under can enter at no cost. Pit admission is $35 with a license and $45 without one.

Looking ahead to Saturday, May 3, racing will be sponsored by PWD Lubricants of Warminster, Pennsylvania. This event will showcase the first three-division show of the year, featuring the T.P. Trailer Modifieds, T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman, and the Pro 4 Racing Series Four Cylinder Stock Cars, starting at 6:30 pm.
Thunder on the Hill and Upcoming Events
The Grandview calendar highlights the first Thunder on the Hill race program on Tuesday, May 20. This particular event will present the Rich Mar Florist Kubota High Limit 410 Sprints, which marks its third occurrence in the venue’s history. The event will feature Time Trials and qualifying races leading to a substantial 35-lap feature with a payout of $20,000 for the winner and $1500 for all starters. Recent Season Opener Results
Last Saturday’s season opener, after two delays, culminated in a successful evening with Brian Hirthler capturing a remarkable win, taking home $7500 after an intense contest against Mike Gular. Hirthler’s victory marked his first Saturday night win in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series T.P. Trailer Modified category, although he previously won a Modified feature at a Thunder on the Hill event. Following closely behind in the feature race were Brett Kressley, Logan Watt, and Jared Umbenhauer, who now lead the T.P. Trailer Modified standings after one week of competition.
