Grandview Speedway Wraps Up 63rd Racing Season
The 63rd season of thrilling auto racing at Grandview Speedway for the T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modifieds and T.P. Truck Equipment NASCAR Sportsman reached its conclusion last weekend during the action-packed Freedom 76 racing events.

However, the racing action isn’t over yet for the season. This Saturday, September 27, the venue will host another exciting program featuring the Outlaw Racing Series Enduro, Outlaw Racing Series Vintage Cars, Xcel 600 Modifieds, Slingshots, and the Pro 4 Racing Series Four Cylinder Stock Cars, beginning at 5 PM. Pit gates open at 1 PM and the grandstand gates follow at 3 PM. Grandstand admission is priced at $10, while kids aged 12 and under enter for free. Pit admission is set at $35 for this Outlaw Racing Series event.
Freedom 76 Highlights
The T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modifieds concluded their 2025 season last Saturday night with the thrilling 55th annual Freedom 76 Championship race, won by Eddie Strada. This victory marked Strada’s first triumph in this prestigious event and his second feature win at Grandview Speedway, having recorded his first just three weeks prior.
Strada’s Victory
Strada engaged in an intense battle for the lead that involved multiple drivers early on, ultimately securing his position on lap 40 of the 76-lap Championship race. He withstood significant pressure in the latter half of the race from competitors Jared Umbenhauer and Danny Bouc to clinch the win.
Winning Earnings
Strada earned a total of $30,063 in purse money, along with several bonuses, including $1,000 from the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, and $2,480 in lap prize money, resulting in over $34,800 in total earnings! The evening offered a fantastic showcase of competitive racing, featuring 54 teams in various races leading up to the Championship feature.
Season Standings
One week prior, Duane Howard was crowned the 2025 T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modified Grandview Track Champion, securing his seventh career point title. The final standings featured Louden Reimert, Mike Gular, Jared Umbenhauer, and Logan Watt completing the top five. The season was marked by intense competition with 13 different drivers celebrating victories, but none managed more than two wins.
Final Thoughts
The T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman segment also wrapped up with thrilling races, including a photo finish victory for Addison Meitzler in the Freedom 38-lap Championship. The 2025 season showcased an impressive number of participants and competitive racing, signifying another successful chapter at Grandview Speedway.
