August Racing Wrap-Up at Grandview Speedway

The final weekend of August will see two exciting days of racing at Grandview Speedway. On Saturday, August 30, the event will showcase the T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modifieds, T.P. Truck Equipment NASCAR Sportsman, and the Pro 4 Racing Series, starting at 7:30 PM.

This action-packed evening will include preliminary qualifying heats for all divisions, leading to the featured races: a 30-lap T.P. Trailer Modified event, a 25-lap T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman event, and a 25-lap main for the Pro 4 Racing Series’ 4 Cylinder stock cars.

Before the racing begins, fans can enjoy the weekly “Low Down and Dirty” meet-and-greet hosted by Brittany Huber. Scheduled drivers include Ryan Graver, Kaitlyn Bailey, and John McGeoy. This event will take place at the main gate area starting at 5 PM, offering an opportunity for fans to engage with their favorite drivers, gather autographs, and take photos.

Pit gates will open at 4 PM and grandstand gates at 5:30 PM. Warm-ups commence at 6:15 PM, leading up to the races at 7:30 PM. Admission prices are as follows: $20 for adults, $10 for students aged 10-15 with ID, and free entry for children 9 and under. Pit admission is $35 with a NASCAR license and $45 without.

Upcoming Special Events

On Friday, August 29, the slot will feature the Outlaw Racing Series Enduro and Vintage Cars, along with Slingshots, starting at 7 PM. Pit gates open at 2 PM, and grandstand gates open at 5:30 PM. Admission for this event is $10, and children aged 12 and under can enter for free.

As part of the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, competing drivers in both the T.P. Trailer Modified Freedom 76 and T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman Freedom 38 will have opportunities to earn bonus money. A $500 bonus awaits the winner of the Freedom 38, with a potential total payout of $3,063 for eligible drivers. Similarly, the Freedom 76 will provide a $1,000 bonus to its winner, with a total potential prize of $32,063.

Fans interested in showing support for their favorite drivers can sponsor laps at $20 each for the 55th annual Freedom 76 on September 20. Sponsorships can be arranged through contacting the track on race night or via email. These sponsorships help promote drivers or businesses and will be acknowledged both on the PA system and through social media.
