Embracing the motto, “USA Truck: Back and Built to Last,” the company is reaffirming its commitment to operational excellence, fostering solid partnerships, and promoting long-term and sustainable growth.

Ownership and Leadership in Arkansas

UTAC, LLC is spearheaded by three individuals with extensive knowledge of USA Truck and the transportation sector, ensuring a smooth transition and focused growth:

George Henry: Serving as the current Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Henry will continue to actively lead the business on a daily basis as CEO.

Zachary King: Formerly the CFO of USA Truck, Mr. King will assist with the business transition as acting CFO.

James Reed: Previous CEO of USA Truck, currently Chairman at Kodiak Robotics & Loram, and Operating Partner at Banner Capital. Mr. Reed will provide advisory support to Mr. Henry and the organization.

A Vision Rooted in Legacy, Designed for the Future

George Henry, CEO of USA Truck, shared insights on the transition:

“I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to DSV for their involvement since the acquisition of DB Schenker and their steadfast support throughout this process. The expertise and global supply chain knowledge gained under renowned freight forwarders is now ingrained in our operational framework. We are thrilled to have USA Truck return to U.S. ownership here in our foundation state of Arkansas. We are committed to carrying forward the four-decade legacy established by our founder, a U.S. Naval Aviator, enhanced by unparalleled global experience and market strength. I am eternally grateful to our incredible employees and customers for their unwavering partnership on this journey. Welcome home, USA Truck!”

Enduring Strength Ahead: The transition to private ownership provides USA Truck with the opportunity to operate with enhanced speed, adaptability, and focus, prioritizing customer relationships, dependable service, and structured growth.
