World Insurance Associates Acquires SJD Insurance Services

World Insurance Associates LLC, located in Iselin and a prominent player among the Top 50 insurance brokerages, has announced its acquisition of SJD Insurance Services Inc. from Great Falls, Virginia, effective December 1.

The financial details of the acquisition have not been revealed.

SJD Insurance Services offers a comprehensive range of insurance and consulting services tailored for both individuals and businesses, boasting over 55 years of collective experience in the industry.

Rich Eknoian, co-founder and CEO of World Insurance Associates, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, “I’d like to welcome SJD to the World family. For this transaction, World Insurance Associates secured legal guidance from Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, while the Connor Group provided advisory services. SJD Insurance Services received legal counsel from Cameron/McEvoy PLLC. No further advisers or firms were disclosed.
