Purchase Order for Mullen THREE EV Trucks

LOS ANGELES – (NewMediaWire) – December 30, 2024 – Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ: MULN) has placed an order for two Class 3 electric trucks, known as the Mullen THREE, from Westland Floral. The trucks were specially designed by Phenix Truck Bodies in California and delivered through Pritchard Commercial. They also qualify for California’s HVIP incentives, highlighting their economic and environmental advantages.

Specifications of the Mullen THREE

The Mullen THREE is tailored for last-mile urban deliveries, featuring a turning radius of 38 feet, a payload capacity exceeding 5,800 pounds, and straightforward customization options. Mullen’s electric vehicle (EV) range adheres to strict U.S. safety and emissions regulations and offers significant savings through federal and state incentive programs, including potential rebates of up to $45,000 in California.

About Mullen Automotive Inc.

Mullen Automotive, based in Southern California, is dedicated to developing the next generation of commercial electric vehicles (EVs). The company operates two manufacturing facilities in the U.S., located in Tunica, Mississippi (120,000 square feet) and Mishawaka, Indiana (650,000 square feet). Production of commercial vehicles commenced at the Tunica site in August 2023. Mullen secured IRS approval for federal EV tax incentives in September 2023, enabling eligible customers to receive up to $7,500 per vehicle.

As of January 2024, both the Mullen ONE Class 1 EV cargo van and the Mullen THREE Class 3 EV cab chassis truck are certified by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the EPA, and are available for purchase in the U.S. The HVIP certification for the Mullen THREE provides a cash incentive of up to $45,000 at the time of purchase. Recently, Mullen expanded its dealer network to include seven dealers, among them Pap Kenworth, Pritchard EV, and others in crucial markets across the Midwest, West Coast, and beyond.

Foreign Trade Zone Status
