Support for the “Height Predators” Unit
Petro Poroshenko has presented the brave “Height Predators” unit from the 59th Separate Assault Brigade with essential equipment, including a pickup truck, Starlinks, charging stations, and tablets.
The brigade was also supplied with a new excavator for constructing fortifications and an advanced dome-mounted electronic warfare system for enhanced protection.
“It’s a pleasure to visit our dear friends, especially the ‘Height Predators’ of the 59th Brigade, where my nephew Roman is serving. They have successfully executed two operations against Russian helicopters. We are continuously supporting them, and we are thrilled that Kateryna Polischuk, known as ‘Bird’ from Azovstal, is now part of their team,” Poroshenko shared on social media.
“Upon shooting down their first helicopter, NATO experts believed it was a fluke, claiming it was impossible using a standard FPV drone. However, the team from the 59th Brigade demonstrated that nothing is beyond the reach of Ukrainian soldiers. They accomplished that feat once more, taking down another enemy Ka-52. This news brightens my day, as it surely does for every Ukrainian,” recalled the fifth President.
Poroshenko recounted that “Roman, who serves as the deputy battalion commander and is a nephew of mine, noted that after completing their missions, they had nearly depleted their vehicles. They promptly accepted the pickup truck as soon as it became available. Roman and ‘Ptichka’ came to collect the excavator, along with the keys to the pickup truck, electronic warfare systems, Starlinks, and tablets.”
“The members of the ‘Height Predators’ deserve our unwavering support. The Poroshenko Foundation, backed by both Marina and myself, has contributed. However, if you wish to assist in the destruction of Russian equipment, consider supporting the 59th Brigade or the NGO ‘Community Action.’ They will ensure your donations are effectively utilized,” Poroshenko emphasized.
Additionally, it is noted that the former president has delivered yet another batch of 10 excavators to the troops, bringing the total construction equipment provided by the Poroshenko Foundation to 100 units currently deployed on the front lines.
