Exciting Race Weekend at Grandview Speedway
This weekend, Grandview Speedway will host a thrilling two-day race event featuring three divisions on Saturday!
Friday’s Races
The racing action kicks off on Friday, June 27, with the Outlaw Racing Series Enduro and Vintage cars, starting at 7 PM. Pit gates open at 2 PM and grandstand gates open at 5:30 PM. Admission for the grandstand is $10, and children aged 12 and under can enter for free. Pit admission for Friday’s events is $35.
Saturday’s NASCAR Events
On Saturday, June 28, the Grandview Speedway will host a NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, featuring the T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modifieds and T.P. Truck Equipment NASCAR Sportsman, along with a return of the Outlaw Racing Series Vintage cars. The night’s program includes qualifying heats leading to main events: a 30-lap T.P. Trailer Modified feature, a 25-lap T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman feature, and a 15-lap Vintage main event.
Event Schedule
Pit gates will open at 4 PM, with grandstands opening at 5:30 PM. Warm-ups will begin at 6:15 PM, and the first race is set to start at 7:30 PM. Adult grandstand tickets are priced at $20, while students aged 10-15 with ID can enter for $10, and children 9 and under are free. For the pits, admission is $35 for NASCAR members and $45 for non-members.
Upcoming Thunder on the Hill Event
On Tuesday, July 1, Grandview will host the Thunder on the Hill Racing Series featuring the impressive 410 Sprint Cars from the Pennsylvania Posse as part of the 35th annual PA Sprint Car Speed Week. This event, known as the Hodnett Cup, honors the late driver known for his numerous victories at Grandview. The winner of the 35-lap 410 Sprint Car main event will receive a generous $10,000!
Current Standings and Recent Races
The T.P. Trailer Modifieds recently resumed racing at Grandview after three consecutive rainouts, with John Willman claiming victory in an exciting 30-lap feature. Brett Kressley remains the T.P. Trailer Modified points leader with 1323 points, followed by Mike Gular and Louden Reimert in second and third place, respectively.
Point Standings Update
For the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman, Addison Meitzler achieved his first win of the season, while Colin Cox continues to lead the points standings with 1289 points.
