19th Annual USAC Amsoil Eastern Storm Set for 2026
A significant racing event is approaching as the 19th Annual USAC Amsoil Eastern Storm, sponsored by Levan Machine & Truck Equipment, returns to Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2026. The event will kick off with the high-octane non-wing USAC Sprints at Grandview Speedway on Tuesday, June 16, and will run through June 21, concluding at Action Track USA.
Beyond the evening’s cash prizes, competitors in the Eastern Storm will vie for a share of the $10,000 Levan Machine & Truck Equipment point fund, which awards $5,000 to the overall champion of the 2026 event.
A talented lineup of USAC sprint car stars, known for their aggressive driving and impressive maneuvers, is anticipated to participate in all six races of the Levan Machine & Truck Equipment Amsoil Eastern Storm. Notable participants include Logan Seavey, Jake Swanson, Trey Osborne, Chase Stockon, Justin Grant, Robert “The Mad Man” Ballou, Brady Bacon, Kyle Cummins, Kevin Thomas, local standout Briggs Danner, and Mitchel Moles, among others.
Throughout the series, Levan Machine & Truck Equipment will have a notable presence at each event. Located just outside Reading, PA, they are a full-service CNC machine shop and work truck outfitter, well-regarded for providing custom solutions and servicing commercial and fleet vehicles.
The Eastern Storm will launch at Grandview on June 16 with the Jesse Hockett Classic, featuring a $6,000 prize, accompanied by the 358 Modifieds. Subsequent races will take place at Bridgeport Speedway (June 17), Big Diamond Raceway (June 18), Williams Grove (June 19), Port Royal Speedway (June 20), and will conclude at Action Track USA (June 21).
Involved with USAC since its inception, the Eastern Storm originated with the vision of Grandview Speedway’s owner Bruce Rogers and event organizer Bob Miller. The event aims to revitalize USAC racing in the area, with roots tracing back to 1956 when Tommy Hinnershitz won the first USAC event at the Reading Fairgrounds. The series was re-established in 2007, and it has been thriving ever since.
