Chandler Equipment, a manufacturer and supplier of truck accessories located in Springdale, announced on Monday (Dec. 15) that it has acquired an additional 50,000 square feet of facility space, implemented a rebranding, and made leadership changes as part of a $14 million growth investment.
The company has rebranded as Chandler Capital Group to better represent its diversified portfolio of brands and investments within the automotive and adventure sectors. Founded in 1978, it continues to be family-owned.
This new name marks an essential step in the company’s long-term strategy, bringing its various brands together as it expands. Its offerings now include Chandler Truck Accessories, Backwoods Adventure Mods, Chandler Vac, and Starwood Customs, the latter of which was acquired earlier this year.
In line with its expansion, Chandler Capital Group has recently obtained a 30,000-square-foot facility at 682 N. Dixieland St., Suite E, in Lowell, dedicated to Chandler Truck Accessories and Chandler Vac. Additionally, a 20,000-square-foot research and development facility has been secured at 231 Albano Drive in Tontitown for the Backwoods Adventure Mods division.
Chris Chandler, president and CEO of Chandler Capital Group, stated that the company is allocating $14 million for the expansion, which includes new space and automated machinery.
Chandler Capital Group’s main campus encompasses 7 acres and 82,000 square feet located at 4180 W. Sunset Ave. in Springdale, while its Starwood Customs division operates out of a 15,000-square-foot facility at 411 N. Goad Springs Road in Lowell. Overall, the company manages a total of 147,000 square feet across its four locations.
Several changes have also occurred in its executive team. Morgan Chandler, the owner and board member, will take on the role of chief visionary officer. Jon Reynolds has been elevated from vice president of operations to chief operating officer. Ryan Black has been named chief revenue officer, while Stuart Howard, formerly of Tyson Foods, joins as chief financial officer. The workforce has increased to 120 employees, up from 90 at the beginning of 2025.
“This transformation underscores our journey and future direction,” Chris Chandler remarked. “Our new name signifies the vast range of companies we’ve built and our dedication to investing in our workforce, products, and innovation. The new facilities will enable us to meet rising customer demand and continue producing top-tier products right here in Northwest Arkansas.”
