American Trucking Associations Partners with Sentry Insurance

Washington – The American Trucking Associations (ATA) has announced that Sentry Insurance, a mutual insurer specializing in transportation coverage, has renewed its status as a Featured Product provider for an additional three years. This marks Sentry’s eighth successive year in this program.

Importance of Reliable Insurance

“Achieving success in business involves not just careful planning and execution, but also the ability to respond to unforeseen challenges,” stated ATA Chief Commercial Officer Mario Grande. “The assurance that reputable insurers like Sentry provide gives motor carriers and other stakeholders in the trucking sector peace of mind in their everyday operations and when transporting America’s freight.”

Sentry’s Customizable Coverage Offerings

Sentry is recognized as a leader in trucking insurance, with a strong track record of creating tailored protection plans for trucking businesses of varying sizes. Their offerings include traditional coverages such as auto liability, auto physical damage, general liability, and motor truck cargo, as well as modern products like cyber liability and data breach response. Sentry also provides comprehensive safety services aimed at fostering a culture of safety within client organizations.

Support for the Trucking Industry

“Truckers have remained the backbone of an economy facing numerous challenges in 2022. We take pride in our ability to offer solutions to these challenges through versatile coverage, expert safety services, and effective claims handling,” commented Scott Miller, the president of Sentry’s commercial insurance agency and broker. “We are excited to continue our partnership with ATA, which has always championed the trucking industry. Like ATA, Sentry is committed to advocating for the trucking sector, addressing essential concerns, and striving for a stronger economy that benefits everyone.”
