Registration Opens for Work Truck Week 2025

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Oct. 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Registration and accommodations for the 25th edition of the largest work truck event in North America are now available at worktruckweek.com. Work Truck Week® 2025 will take place from March 4–7, 2025, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. This event is more than just a trade show; it includes The Work Truck Show®, Green Truck Summit, NTEA Annual Meeting, Ride & Drive, an educational program, and more.

A Legacy of Innovation and Collaboration

For 25 years, individuals involved in the design, construction, usage, and maintenance of work trucks have gathered annually in March to explore the latest industry products and technologies, share insights, and discuss future improvements. What began as a trade show has continuously evolved to cater to the industry’s changing demands. The excitement and scale of Work Truck Week permeate Indianapolis, making the event a unique experience. NTEA – The Work Truck Association™ hosts and produces this event.

Adapting to Industry Needs

“Like the industry itself, Work Truck Week is ever-evolving,” states Steve Carey, NTEA president & CEO. “We preserve the core elements essential for success, such as a bustling exhibit hall, pertinent educational sessions, and exceptional networking opportunities while introducing new features to fulfill the needs of attendees and exhibitors, enhancing their operations.”

Explore Innovations in Commercial Vehicles

The Work Truck Show’s exhibit hall, running from March 5–7, features commercial vehicles, equipment, and products from 500 companies, covering everything from chassis and bodies to advanced vehicle technologies. Attendees can discover the latest innovations, optimize vehicle designs, pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with suppliers. Additionally, a New Exhibitor Pavilion will showcase first-time exhibitors on March 5–6.

Educational Opportunities to Boost Performance

On March 4, the Green Truck Summit will provide a full day of discussions on advanced vehicle and fuel technologies aimed at increasing sustainability and productivity in the work truck sector. Furthermore, the educational sessions scheduled from March 4–6 will address vital topics such as market trends, vehicle compliance, workforce development, and sustainability. Attendees will also benefit from exclusive insights during Chassis Updates presented by leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.

Networking and Community Engagement

Work Truck Week offers various networking opportunities, starting with the Opening Reception on March 4. The Generation Next group will host a Leadership Workshop & Networking Reception on March 5. The NTEA Annual Meeting takes place on March 6, featuring breakfast and keynote presentations. Later that day, the inaugural Commercial Vehicle Data Exchange & Reception offers a chance to connect with industry professionals focused on enhancing the commercial vehicle data landscape.

Connect with Industry Experts and Resources

Visit Booth 3401 during exhibit hours to meet NTEA staff who specialize in fleet relations, engineering, compliance, and regulations, and to receive a complimentary WTW25 collectible mug. At the NTEA Partners Booth (3201), representatives from various companies will demonstrate services designed to enhance business and customer relations within the commercial vehicle sector.

Event Details & Contact Information

For more information about the event, including registration and hotel bookings, visit worktruckweek.com or reach out to NTEA at info@ntea.com or 248-489-7090.
