LuckyTruck Introduces New Credit Card for Trucking Companies
LuckyTruck is set to launch a credit card specifically designed for small trucking companies and their fleet managers.
This will mark the company’s first foray into credit cards, as stated in a press release by LuckyTruck, an insurance and FinTech platform that caters to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the trucking sector.
“Trucking is a crucial and capital-intensive sector of the U.S. economy,” remarked LuckyTruck CEO Julie Zimmer. “We aim to enhance cash flow for over a million small and medium-sized trucking businesses in the country.”
The LuckyTruck Card is poised to offer a cash-back bonus upon signup, a comprehensive rewards program, and the ability for truckers to finance common expenses, as highlighted in the press release.
This card will be introduced in collaboration with the credit card issuing platform Power. Although it’s not currently accessible, LuckyTruck invites interested truckers to join the waitlist.
“Assisting trucking companies in managing their finances and navigating market challenges is essential,” stated Adam Smith, Vice President of Product at LuckyTruck. “The credit card is intentionally designed for SMB trucking firms, addressing their most urgent needs amid current market conditions.”
The LuckyTruck Card will complement the all-in-one retail platform focused on trucking insurance that LuckyTruck has been providing since 2019.
“Our customers have expressed a desire for a credit card integrated with LuckyTruck’s insurance services, making us excited to expand our product lineup,” said Devin Bostick, Co-Founder and President of LuckyTruck.
