According to NTEA, the event organizers, Work Truck Week 2025 will showcase new commercial vehicle bodies, propulsion systems, and equipment. Participants will have the chance to explore cutting-edge innovations in the exhibit hall, experience vehicles firsthand during the Ride and Drive event, and receive updates from chassis manufacturers about their latest offerings. Additionally, NTEA revealed that Mike “Coach K” Krzyzewski, a legendary basketball coach, will be the keynote speaker for the NTEA Annual Meeting.

Scheduled for March 4–7, 2025, Work Truck Week will take place at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The agenda features the Green Truck Summit, The Work Truck Show, NTEA Annual Meeting, Ride & Drive, and a variety of educational sessions. The Green Truck Summit will commence on March 4, with educational sessions running from March 4 to March 6. The exhibit halls will be open from March 5 to March 7, and the Ride & Drive will occur on March 5 and 6.

New and Returning Exhibitors

This year, over 40 new companies will be participating for the first time, contributing to a total of more than 540 exhibitors expected at the show.

Steve Carey, NTEA president and CEO, stated, “The primary reason industry professionals attend Work Truck Week is to discover new products. It’s a unique venue for exploring the latest in commercial vehicles and truck equipment while networking with industry experts and fellow professionals.”

Ride & Drive Experience

During the Ride & Drive event on March 5 and 6, attendees will have the opportunity to operate commercial vehicles equipped with advanced technology and propulsion systems. Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Green Truck Summit & Educational Opportunities

The educational portion will kick off with the Green Truck Summit on March 4, featuring insights from Jennifer Brace of Ford Motor Company. Additional sessions will cover topics such as “Navigating the Future: Selling and Servicing the Tech-Driven Truck” and the “Commercial Vehicle Data Exchange & Reception.”

Prominent vehicle manufacturers, including Daimler Truck North America and Ford Pro, are set to present updates regarding chassis specifications and future technology plans.
