2025 Trucks, Parts, Service Distributor of the Year Award Finalists Announced

The finalists for the 2025 Trucks, Parts, Service Distributor of the Year Award include a former winner, two previous finalists, and a couple of newcomers.

Sponsored by the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network, Cummins, High Bar Brands, Interstate Billing Service, and Procede Software, the Distributor of the Year program is entering its 24th year in 2025. Finalists were selected from nominations submitted on our website between April 1 and June 30.

During the nomination period, over 100 nominations were received, with 32 distributors earning at least one nomination. Among the acknowledged candidates were four past winners and nine previous finalists. This year’s finalists boast 20 points of sale and collectively represent over 250 years of experience in supporting the American trucking sector.

The finalists are Harbor Truck Parts, Southside Trailer Service, Truck Equipment Inc., Truck Supply Companies, and Wheeler Fleet Solutions.

Both Harbor Truck Parts and Southside Trailer Service are first-time finalists for the Distributor of the Year Award. Both organizations are members of HDA Truck Pride; Harbor Truck Parts operates six locations in California, while Southside Trailer Service has three parts and service sites in western New York.

Returning as finalists for the second time are Truck Equipment Inc. and Wheeler Fleet Solutions, both part of the VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies. Truck Equipment, based in Wisconsin, was previously honored in 2019, while Wheeler Fleet Solutions, located in Pennsylvania, was a finalist two years back. Truck Supply Companies is also a two-time participant, making its first appearance since winning the award in 2013; they are based in South Carolina and expanded into Missouri in 2022.

“I’m thrilled about this year’s Distributor of the Year finalists. These five companies represent the independent aftermarket remarkably well, showcasing multi-generational family businesses focused on customer service and the commitment to keeping America’s fleet operational,” said Lucas Deal, TPS content director and chief editor. “From southern California to western New York, this year’s finalists deeply understand the challenges of independent distribution and the competitive landscape in 2025.”

The Distributor of the Year Award ceremony will take place on January 20, 2026, during Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week in Grapevine, Texas. TPS will feature these finalists in business questionnaires and corporate profiles leading up to the event in January.

Stay tuned to TPS for more updates regarding this year’s finalists and the Distributor of the Year program.
